Here's the gist of Bertolf's blog from Tuesday, 16 June 2009:
Bertolf’s new single “Mr. Light” from his album For Life is out since yesterday and available to download on iTunes. On June 29, Bertolf will perform the song live for the first time on Giel’s radio show.
Early next week, the official video clip will make its debut. It is filmed in New York and features a man in suit with a giant light bulb and head! Bertolf says that “Mr. Light” is very cool to play, because he asks the audience to light up their mobile phones and keep up with the chorus. Last Saturday in Groningen, the Vismarkt became lit up. It was enough to make a grown man get emotional, and he was no exception!
